This approach is characterized by simple water-plugging constructions, easy access to water-plugging agents, and low water-plugging cost. During the mid-and-late oil developing period , this approach is adopted in water plugging, and plays a great role in liberating the productivity of the mid-and-low permeability oil layer, decreasing water production in oil fields, and enhancing the final oil recovery in oil fields.
