部分负荷下掺氢甲醇内燃机稀燃特性
Lean combustion characteristic of a hydrogen-blended methanol engine at part load conditions
针对甲醇内燃机稀燃时燃料燃烧速度低、有害排放高的问题,研究了进气掺氢对甲醇内燃机稀燃性能的影响。试验在加装了电控氢气喷射系统的四缸点燃式内燃机上进行,通过调整氢气的喷射脉宽,使氢气占进气的体积分数分别为0和3%。在相同的进气掺氢体积分数下,通过减少甲醇的喷射脉宽,使过量空气系数由1.0逐渐提高至1.4。试验结果表明,进气掺氢能够提高甲醇内燃机热效率,减少平均指示压力的循环变动系数,减少稀燃时HC及CO排放。?????
The mono-methanol fueled engines tend to encounter the prolonged combustion duration and adversely increased toxic emissions at lean conditions. The effect of hydrogen addition on the performance of a methanol engine was experimentally investigated. The experiment was conducted on a four-cylinder, spark-ignition engine equipped with an electronically controlled hydrogen injection system. Two hydrogen volume fractions in the intake of 0 and 3% were adopted through adjusting the hydrogen injection duration. For a given hydrogen volume fraction in the intake, the methanol injection duration was reduced to enable excess air ratio of the mixture to be increased from 1.0 to 1.4. The results showed that the addition of hydrogen avails improving the engine thermal efficiency, reducing the coefficient of variation in indicated mean effective pressure and decreasing the HC and CO emissions at lean conditions.
