外泌体与妊娠期糖尿病研究进展

妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期间首次发生或确诊的糖耐量异常状态,与胎盘有关。妊娠期糖尿病的主要病理生理机制为胰岛素抵抗。新近研究发现,妊娠期间胎盘可以分泌外泌体影响全身,因此与孕妇全身胰岛素抵抗状态有潜在的关系。本文综述妊娠期糖尿病外泌体研究进展,为后续研究提供参考。
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is blood glucose disorders first developed or diagnosed in pregnant period. GDM is associated with placenta and its primary mechanism is insulin resistance. Recent studies found placenta secrete exosome and may impact maternal physiology; thus, exosome is potentially related to insulin resistance. In the present review, we mainly focus on the research progress of exosome in gestational diabetes mellitus.
