BDD电催化氧化及高级氧化技术在印染废水的应用

本文较为详细的分析了印染各个工序的废水特性,并就高级氧化技术中BDD电化学氧化法、光催化氧化法、Fenton氧化法、湿式氧化法、超临界水氧化法在印染废水中的应用作一综述。高级氧化技术对印染废水具有很明显的处理效果稳定、出水水质好,可生化性高,低毒甚至无毒等优点,在添加了适量的Fe2+、H2O2后,COD的去除率高达90%以上,色度去除明显。文中分析了BDD电极电化学氧化的原理,BDD薄膜电极对染料、农药等有机废水有很强的氧化作用,对COD的去除率较高,具有良好的应用前景。

he dyes-producing wastewater characteristics in all processes were detail analyzed in the paper. And the advanced oxidization technology such as electro-catalysis oxidation with BDD film electrode, photo-catalytic, Fenton, wet oxidation and supercritical water oxidation for the dyes-producing wastewater treatment were summarized. With above technology, the efficiency and of treatment were high, and the quality as well as the chemical characteristics stability. The effluent had highly biodegradability and low-toxicity. When adding the Fe2+, H2O2 appropriately, the treatment effect would significantly improve such as removal efficiency of COD being more then 90% and chromaticity removal obviously. The principle of the BDD film electrode electrochemical oxidation was also analyzed. It was indicated that the BDD film electrode would had widely applications for the wastewater treatment of dyes and pesticides producing, which were Nonbiodegradable Organic Wastewater, and high COD removal efficiency.
