空心菜对Cd的耐性及食用安全性研究

Research on the Tolerance and edible safety of ipomoea aquatica to Cadmium Stress

本文采用了溶液培养法,研究了Cd胁迫下空心菜的根长、含水率以及体内重金属Cd含量的变化。结果表明,高浓度Cd 处理抑制了空心菜根系的伸长,低浓度的Cd处理促进了根长的伸长,其根系能够大量富集Cd,溶液中Cd离子浓度为70umol•L-1时,空心菜根系对Cd的富集能力的均值达到1967.52 496.75mg Kg-1。但是,在低浓度Cd1 umol•L-1时,其可食用部分的镉富集量为20.22 7.56 mg Kg-1超过了镉在食品中的国家标准值为0.05mg Kg-1(GB 15201-94),可见空心菜为食用不安全蔬菜。

hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the root length, water containing quantity and the change of cadmium content .It shows that the root system of ipomoea aquatica could accumulate a large amount of cadmium. When the cadmium concentration in the solution was 70umol•L-1 , its accumulation amounts could reach 1967.52 496.75mg Kg-1. Thus,ipomoea aquatica is an hyperaccumulator. The cadmium content of edible part in ipomoea aquatica exceeded the GB15201-94,so it is not a edible safe vegetable in area which has the threaten of heavy metal pollution .
