人工林杨树木材皱缩恢复工艺与恢复性能研究
Study on recover technology and properties of Collapse of Poplar Plantation
本文研究在杨树发生皱缩以后,利用饱和蒸汽对不同厚度试样进行处理,测试皱缩恢复指标,实验数据采用SAS软件进行分析。结果为随着处理时间的延长,含水率逐渐增加,处理10h时达到最高值25.624%。处理12h时,皱缩深度为最小值0.892mm;随着厚度增大,皱缩深度逐渐增加,10mm厚度试样的皱缩深度平均为0.7771mm,40mm试样为2.481mm。随着处理时间的延长,皱缩因子逐渐减小6小时后达到35.115,12小时后增加至46.327。
his paper studies in poplar collapse. The different thickness samples were treated by saturated steam. By testing shrinkage recovery indicators, the data were analysis by SAS system. The result shows the moisture content gradually was increased with the treatment time, and reached the highest value 25.624% after 10hours.the collapse depth reached the lowest value 0.892mm. The collapse depth gradually increases as the thickness increases. The average collapse depth of the specimen of 10mm thickness is 0.7771mm,and that of 40mm is 2.481mm. As the treatment time, the shrinkage factor is gradually reduced to reach 35.115 After 6 hours, after 12 hours increased to 46.327.
