正交实验法优选降脂茶的水提取工艺

Objective: To filter and optimimze extractive technology of Jiangzhicha . Methods:The optimization extractive technology of Jiangzhicha was investigated using orthogonal design with the rate of dry extra and the contents of nuciferine as the index. Results: The optimized extraction technology for Jiangzhicha was as follows: the crude drug which had been soaked in water for 0.5h should be extracted three times, by 40-fold amount of water and 1.0h with each. Conclusion: The process was convenient, stable and reasonable which can provide the basis for large-scale production.
