在用车改造中FBC对DOC+DPF的性能影响试验
Effect of FBC on performance of DOC+DPF in vehicle modification
本文基在柴油中添加燃油添加剂FBC和DOC+DPF系统的联合使用,考察燃油添加剂对柴油机尾气排放微粒的影响以及对DOC+DPF系统工作特性的影响。结果表明,FBC可以与国IV柴油均匀混合,FBC对发动机原始排气中PM的数量及质量的影响较小, 还可以在一定程度上DOC+DPF系统的平衡点温度,缩短再生时间,提高再生效率。
In this paper,the effect of fuel additives on the performance of DOC+DPF system was studied by bench test. The test results show that the fuel additive has good stability in 50ppm diesel oil and it can reduce the balance point temperature of DOC+DPF system. It also suggests that FBC could slow down the deposition rate of PM in the DPF. Also it can shorten the regeneration time of DOC+DPF system and improve the efficiency of regeneration.
