氨梯炸药作为最常用的民用爆破器材广泛应用于工农业生产的各各方面,但在其生产和加工过程中产生的废水具有毒性大,且难降解;富含营养成份,对环境造成的污染十分严重,因此,对这类废水的高效处理理论及方法研究尤为重要。本文在斟密分析氨梯炸药生产废水特性的基础上,深入考察氨梯废水处理的理论方案及工艺实践,而本文最重要的创新点是采用生物与电催化氧化耦合的工艺处理方案。废水在经沉淀处理后,以动态膜为载体,采用生物法去除水体中的高浓度氨氮,实验结果证实其处理的高效性;水体中的毒性物TNT则采用以掺硼金刚石薄膜(BDD)作阳极的电化学催化氧化技术降解,可以得到较为理想的处理效果。

Therefore, it is particularly important for such efficient treatment of wastewater from theory and research.On the basis of the analysis of the key characteristics of TNT explosive wastewater, look into TNT wastewater treatment theory, practice and programme integrated the existing technology, Comprehensive current treatment process, it is the most ideal treatment which combining bios with electro - Catalytic oxidation process. Wastewater by precipitation processing, with dynamic membrane as carrier, ammonia - nitrogen is removed by biological methods, experimental results confirm the processing efficiency;TNT is used by boron - doped BDD diamond films as anodes for electrochemical oxidation degradation, it can be handled with more ideal effects.
