为了确定搅浸工艺参数最优组合,本文进行了高含泥氧化铜矿浸出性能试验研究。首先采用均匀设计法进行试验方案设计,并对试验结果进行回归分析。数据表明,液固比、酸度对铜浸出率影响较大,搅拌时间、酸度对酸耗增加影响较大。然后,对3.75:1、4:1和4.25:1三种液固比下氧化铜矿搅拌浸出效果进行试验。多组试验结果对比分析显示,液固比的增加虽能提高铜的浸出率,却导致酸耗增加;硫酸浓度大幅增加并不能提高铜的浸出率,却可加快铁的浸出,而且大量的硫酸会消耗在与脉石矿物的反应中;当液固比为4:1,酸度为50~55g/l时,铜、铁浸出率和酸耗有较好的组合关系。

In order to determine optimal process parameters of agitation leaching, this paper carried out some experiments on leaching behavior of copper oxide ore with high mud content. First, uniform design is used to proceed test scheme design and regression analysis of experimental results. Data show that the liquid-solid ratio and acidity has the more great contribution to the copper leaching efficiency, and stirring time and acidity has the more great contribution to the acid consumption. Then, the experiment about agitation leaching effects under three kinds of liquid-solid ratio, 3.75:1、4:1 and 4.25:1, is carried on. The results show that the increase in liquid-solid ratio can improve the leaching efficiency of copper, which has resulted in increased acid consumption. With the sulfuric acid increase, the leaching efficiency of copper can not improve, but it can accelerate the leaching of ferrous, and a large number of sulfuric acid will be consumed by the reaction with the gangue minerals. When the liquid-solid ratio is 4:1 and the acidity is 50~55g/L, copper or iron leaching efficiency and acid consumption have better combination relations.
