针对目前企业岗位需求说明中对员工素质的考核具有一定的主观性和模糊性,并且缺乏绩效的导向。本文运用数据挖掘中的决策树方法,挖掘员工绩效与员工素质的隐性关系,用信息增益度量化员工绩效与素质的关联关系,使得员工绩效与素质的关联关系数值化、明确化,为企业人力资源管理工作提供决策依据。

Recently, the quality demands in the job requirements specifications is in a certain subjectivity and ambiguity, and lack of performance orientation. In this paper, use the decision tree of data mining technology, mine implicit relationship of the quality of employee and performance, quantize the degree of the relationship using the information gain value, and provide decision basis for human resource management.
