SiC纳米颗粒的快速表面修饰的工艺研究
Research of Rapid Surface Decoration of SiC Nanoparticles
利用化学镀的方法,对SiC纳米颗粒进行快速表面修饰,制备了SiC-Ni纳米复合颗粒。采用XRD, TEM,和EDS等测试手段对形成的纳米复合颗粒的形貌结构及成分进行表征,结果表明SiC纳米颗粒表面包覆了一层均匀连续的镍层。分析了表面修饰的动力学及热力学机理。研究了SiC的表面氧化处理时间,镀液温度及pH值等工艺参数对SiC纳米颗粒修饰效果的影响,得出了表面修饰的最佳工艺参数为:前处理过程中高温表面氧化处理时间为50min,镀液温度为45℃, PH值为9.0。
In this paper SiC nanoparticles have been rapidly decorated to prepare SiC-Ni composite particles by electroless plating approach. The composite particles have been tested by means of XRD, TEM, EDS and XPS to characterize the structure, surface feature and components. The rapid surface decoration mechanism of dynamics and thermodynamics has been analyzed. The consequences manifest the influences involving time of oxidation processing under high temperature as well as temperature and pH value of electroless plating solution on surface decoration of SiC particles. Hence, the best technical parameters include application of oxidation processing with a period of 50min and electroless plating solution with temperature of 45 ℃ and a pH value of 9.0.
