多相泵内气液两相混合增压过程的研究
Investigation of compression process for gas-liquid mixture in multi-phrase pump
建立了气液两相混合增压的热力过程数学模型,推导了气液两相在绝热增压过程和有换热增压过程的热力过程方程,得到了不同含气率下气液两相混合物的状态参数变化规律,分析了气液比对增压过程的影响和压缩过程指数的变化规律。采用Fluent软件中动态分层动网格模型及VOF多相流模型,对气液两相增压过程进行了数值模拟,得到了增压过程中气液混合物的压力分布及压力随容积变化的关系。比较了理论计算和数值模拟的结果,验证了气液混相压缩过程的数学模型。所得到的气液增压模型为多相泵的设计奠定理论基础。
he mathematic model of thermodynamic compression process for gas-liquid twin-phase mixture in multi-phrase pump was established, and the equations of thermodynamic process of adiabatic compression process and diathermanous compression process for gas-liquid twin-phase were deduced. The variational rule of state parameters for gas-liquid twin-phase mixture with different gas containing ratio was obtained. The influences of gas-liquid rate on compression processd and the variational rule of compression index were obtained. The moveable mesh model and VOF multi-phase liquid model were employed, and the numerical simulation of gas-liquid twin-phase compression process was carried out, then the presented mathematic model is confirmed. The study results will lay the thoeretical foundation for designs of gas-liquid multi-phrase pump.
