煤矿瓦斯燃烧事故案例统计与分析

不完全统计了1984年至2010年间我国煤矿发生的瓦斯燃烧事故案例,总计52起。并在此基础上分析了煤矿瓦斯燃烧事故的瓦斯源、点火源、易发生地点的统计规律。统计研究表明:瓦斯源出现主要与通风管理、瓦斯涌出析出、井下客观空间条件等有关。放炮、电气等设备故障、摩擦撞击、员工违章、煤自燃是产生点火源的主要原因。瓦斯源多、瓦斯燃烧浓度范围大、瓦斯燃烧感应期短、瓦斯源和点火源耦合几率大等为瓦斯燃烧频发的原因。研究结果对瓦斯燃烧事故的预防和控制具有一定的指导意义。

he thesis makes an incomplete statistics on 52 mine gas combustion accidents occurred between 1984 and 2010, and analyses the statistical law of gas source, ignition source, easy-happening location and so on. Then the study finds that gas source is related to the ventilation management, gas emission, objective circumstance condition in mine, etc. Shooting, electric fault, impact-friction spark, peccancy, coal spontaneous combustion are the formation cause of ignition source. The reasons for frequent gas combustion include: many gas sources, the large range concentration and the short induction periods of gas combustion, as well as the high coupling efficiency between gas combustion source and ignition source. To some extent the research results have important guidance to prevention and control of mine gas combustion.
