Novel sustainability decision-making framework of chemical systems based on both attribute and alternative preference information
在不确定信息条件下,建立了一种结合属性偏好信息和方案偏好信息的化工系统可持续性评价与决策数学模型框架。该数学框架首先使用基于属性偏好信息的最优最劣方法获取准则的局部权重,进而将大量的准则进行整合,以便于决策者给出方案偏好信息。而为了帮助决策者更准确的选择最终的偏好方案,本文建立了一个基于方案偏好信息和排序组织法理论的多准则决策方法,即区间偏好排序线性规划法,对化工系统进行可持续性优先排序。通过对包含五个低碳氨生产路线的案例进行研究,验证了该化工系统可持续性决策数学模型的可行性和有效性。最后对准则的局部权重执行了敏感性分析,证明权重的变化虽会影响可持续性排序结果,但本文提出的多准则决策模型具有良好的鲁棒性。
his paper aims to establish a novel sustainability decision-making mathematical framework for ranking the chemical systems under uncertainties that can combine both attribute and alternative preference information. In the developed mathematical framework, the Best-Worst (BW) method was employed to determine the local weights of the criteria according to the preference information on attributes, in which, the large number of the criteria was integrated into four aspects, i.e. environmental, economic, social-political and technological, in order to help the decision-makers to conveniently determine the preference information on alternative. Afterwards, a novel multi-criteria decision-making method based on the alternative preference information and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) approach was established to prioritize the sustainability ranking results of chemical systems. The effectiveness of the developed mathematical framework was verified by an illustrative case to assess the sustainability of five low-carbon routes for ammonia production. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was carried out to confirm the robustness of the developed mathematical model although the variation of the local weights can affect the final sustainability ranking results.
