技术标准与科技研发关系状况评价研究

he evaluation system of the inosculation status of technical standard and R&D is constructed in this paper. Two mathematical models of evaluation are raised, which are synthesis exponent and reciprocity exponent. Through comparing the status of agro-product processing standardization in China and developed-countries, On the base of the mark given by experts, the conclusion of disjunction between technical standard and R&D is drawn. The reasons of disjunction are also diagnosed in this paper, which are lack of pertinent system, lack of effective mechanisms and low level of technology.
