备塘线路优劣直接影响到海塘综合效益的发挥。提出备塘线路布局的原则,构建备塘线路方案评价指标体系,将区间映射赋权法与价值工程相结合,探讨了绍兴新区备塘线路布局比选问题,优选出最优线路方案,并提出滩涂开发过程中统筹规划围垦工程、城市建设、防洪(潮)体系的建议。

Second-line seawall route quality directly affects comprehensive benefits of the seawall. The principle of second-line seawall route layout was put forward. The value engineering, combined with interval mappings weighting method, was applied to optimize scheme of second-line seawall route in newly-developed area of Shaoxing. Suggestions was that the overall planning of reclamation, urban construction and flood protection in coastal developing process.
