深圳中小板上市公司治理结构与公司绩效关系研究

如何改善公司治理结构，提高公司治理水平一直是被关注的热点，治理结构不仅关系企业的生存，而且影响企业的长远发展。本文首先对研究中小企业的文献进行了回顾总结；将公司治理结构指标分为四个方面，即股权类型、股权集中度、董事会特征及高管激励，在假设的基础上，选取了深圳中小板上市公司作为研究对象，对公司治理结构与绩效进行了相关分析；而后又将两者纳入回归，分析影响公司绩效的治理结构要素及影响程度；最后根据实证结论为中小板上市公司的治理结构提出了改进建议。
How to improve the corporate governance structure and improving corporate governance has been the focus of attention, corporate governance structure is not t only related to survive, but also affects long-term development. In this paper, the literature of small and medium enterprises were reviewed and summarized; corporate governance indicators is divided into four areas, namely, stock type, stock concentration, the board characteristics and executive incentives, based on the assumption, we select the Shenzhen small and medium plates listed company as a research object, doing the correlation analysis on corporate governance structure and performance, and then turn the two item into the regression analysis, analyze how governance structure affect the company\\\
