提出梯度酸溶解试验方法来区分地聚合物与水化产物,结合产物溶解率与残渣微观分析验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明:纯地聚合物与水化产物在梯度酸中的溶解规律存在较大差异,区分地聚合物与水化产物的酸临界点为pH=3,梯度酸溶解试验能较好地区分两者,是一种半定量的研究方法。为深入分析地聚合物各组分在聚合过程中的作用机理以及地聚合物体系主要产物的化学组成及结构提供了试验基础和参考价值。

Gradient acid dissolve tests were used to divide geopolymer and hydration product, the feasibility of gradient acid dissolve test was investigated through dissolution rates of geopolymer/hydration product and XRD, FT-IR analyses. The results show the behaviors of dissolution between geopolymer and hydration product are different, the acid point to divide geopolymer and hydration product is pH=3. The gradient acid dissolve test is a semi-quantitative method to divide geopolymer and hydration product well. It will lay a theoretical and experimental basis for further research on the mechanism of geopolymer.
