本文介绍了基于导电高分子复合材料的阵列式柔顺力传感器的部分关键技术。主要研究内容包括:1.选用聚酰亚胺材料对传感器的敏感单元进行封装;2.设计了一种新的扫描方法以实现对阵列传感器多路信号的采集;3.利用Labwindows/CVI语言编程实现了对传感器阵列多通道输出数据的标定、拟合、监视和存储。
In this paper, some key technologies of the flexible force sensor array based on carbon black filled silicone rubber composite were reported. 1. Polyimide was used as the material for the capsulation of the sensing element; 2. A new type of scan method was used to develop the signal processing system, which can collect the multiplex data of the sensor array; 3. Labwindows/CVI was used for the calibration, fitting, monitoring and data storage.
