技术基础科学领域科技创新群体的科研资助方式探讨

技创新群体是支撑整个国民经济的支柱，是企业发展的基石，是高等学校培养人才的保证，在国家科技进步中发挥的作用越来越显著。本文在借鉴国外科技创新群体资助方式的基础上，通过分析我国技术基础科学领域科技创新群体的资助现状中的不足，从宏观上提出了推动我国技术基础科学领域科技创新群体形成和发展的资助方式，如混合式的资助方式，资助向高层次人才倾斜，加大对高校科研群体的资助等方式。
Scientific and technological innovation group's role is getting more and more remarkable in the national scientific progress. On the basis of reference the foreign aid modes to scientific and technological innovation group, through analyzing the shortage of present situation in China, the article put forward scientific research funding ways to promote formation and development of scientific and technological innovation group in technical basic sciences field from macroscopic, such as hybrid funding way, favor high-level talents, intensify aid to university's scientific research group and so on.
