掘进爆破对砂岩巷道围岩的影响研究
Research in the influence of sandstone surrounding rock for the driving blasting
根据米塞斯强度准则,总结推导了爆破掘进中单孔爆破引起的压碎圈和裂隙圈半径。利用现场试验,研究了爆破孔周围岩石的抗压、抗拉强度的变化。研究表明:爆破后围岩的力学性质劣化区与理论分析得出的裂隙圈半径大小基本吻合。参照井下岩巷常用的光面爆破的炮眼布置图,掏槽孔和辅助孔爆破对成型巷道的围岩不产生损伤,周边孔爆破对15cm范围内的围岩造成损伤,使其抗压强度约下降9%,抗拉强度约下降20%。本研究对于井下巷道围岩控制和预留安全岩柱厚度的确定具有重要意义。
Based on the Von Mises strength criterion, radius of crushing circle and fissured circle caused by single hole blasting in blasting drilling was deducted and calculated. Through field experiment, the changes of compressive strength and tensile strength about rocks around the blast hole were researched. the results show that, Mechanical properties degradation area of surrounding rock after blasting and circle radius fracture received by theoretical analysis was basically tallies. With reference to blast hole layout of smooth blasting which commonly used in underground rock roadway, Blasting of kibble hole and auxiliary blasthole could not produce injury to the forming surrounding roadway. Blasting of surrounding holes would make injury for the rock within 15cm, and caused 9 percent decline in compressive strength and 20 percent decline in tensile strength. This study was very helpful to control of underground roadway surrounding rock and determinate the thickness of reserved safety rock .
