Progress on TrkB receptor recycling research
受体酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)的内吞途径与其活性密切相关。配体介导的受体内吞后有降解和再循环两种途径,这两种分选方式对于细胞信号传递的延长和可持续产生截然相反的作用。本文主要介绍了受体内吞后分选途径的分子机制和生物学功能的研究进展。
he endocytic pathway tightly controls the activity of tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB). Ligand-induced endocytosis can drive receptors into divergent lysosomal and recycling pathways, producing essentially opposite effects on the strength and duration of cellular signaling. This article reviews recent findings that the molecular machinery and functional implications of receptor sorting in the endocytic pathway, in addition to promoting two kinds of recycling.
