激发高职生学习动力的职教模式的研究

Study on the Vocational Education Mode of Stimulating Higher Vocational Students'Learning Motivation

影响高职学生学习动力的因素比较多,但有效的高职教育模式与最突出的影响因素之间又有着怎样的相互作用、相互影响关系?在对学习动力影响因素问卷调研结果基础上,结合国家职业教育的最新政策、相关文献以及实践案例等进行研究论证。研究表明,服务地方经济发展"产教融合"的人才培养模式;构建好现代职教体系,提高高职教育的办学层次;实施与职业标准相衔接的工学结合的高职课改课程模式;积极推行学生喜爱的融合素养教育和企业精神教育的课堂教改模式等有利于增强学生学习动力,提高高职教育效果。

Factors affecting higher vocational education students learning motivation is more,but, how is the Relationship of interaction and mutual influence between the effective higher vocational education models and the most prominent influence factors? It's studied on the basis of learning motivation factors questionnaire survey results,combined with the latest national occupation education policy,the relevant docume -nts and practice cases.It will help strengthen the students' learning motivation,and improve the effect of higher vocational education that local economic development services"production education integration" talent training mode,to build a good modern vocational education system and improve the level of running school in higher vocational education,to implement higher vocational work-study-combination course mode combined with occupation standard,and to promote actively the students favorite classroom teaching reform model fused literacy education and the spirit of enterprise education.
