针对苎麻织物的刺痒感问题,系统研究了单一纤维素酶整理、单一聚氨酯整理、纤维素酶-聚氨酯联合整理对苎麻织物抗刺痒感的整理效果以及相关的纤维形态结构、结晶度和力学性能变化。研究结果表明:纤维素酶整理通常在尚未达到有效降低苎麻织物刺痒感目的前就已造成苎麻织物强力的严重损失,纤维素酶适度整理能够在一定程度上软化或去除突出于苎麻织物表面的部分毛羽,并有助于后续的聚氨酯协同整理,但对降低苎麻织物刺痒感的直接作用有限;聚氨酯整理可有效降低苎麻织物的刺痒感,其在苎麻织物表面形成部分包覆,可改善织物平滑性,且能在苎麻纤维内部形成三维网状结构的交联,从而提高苎麻纤维的可压缩性能;纤维素酶-弹性聚氨酯联合整理可显著改善苎麻织物的表面性质和压缩性质,提高其抗刺痒效果,同时保持较好的织物透气性和强力。

In this paper, the effects of anti-prickle finishing of ramie fabrics with cellulase and polyurethane singly or in combination are studied,and the changes in fiber morphology, crystallinity and mechanical propertyies are also examined. The results showed that the breaking strength of ramie fabric was decreased seriously caused by cellulase finishing instead of reducing prickle sensation effectively. The hairiness on ramie fabric surface is partly softened or removed by appropriate cellulase finishing, and benificial to consequent polyurethane finishin. However, the decrease of prickle sensation is limited by this cellulase finishing. Polyurethane finishing of ramie fabrics decreased fabric prickle property remarkably, due to the improvement in fabric surface smoothness and the decrease in the surface hairiness by wrapping and sheathing ramie fibers or yarns. Meanwhile, the compressive property of ramie fabrics was effectively increased by cross-linking and net-working between polyurethane and fibers. The cellulase-polyurethane combination finishing decreased the prickle property, because of the improvement infiber surface and compressive property significantly, with a preferably preserved fabric breathability and whiteness.
