功能性电刺激对康复训练效果的研究
Study on the effect of functional electrical stimulation on rehabilitation training
脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病,脑卒中已成为我国第一位死亡原因,也是中国成年人残疾的首要原因。脑卒中遗留的一系列运动功能障碍严重影响了患者的日常生活质量。新型康复治疗手段主要有:干细胞治疗法,经颅磁刺激,脑-机接口、虚拟现实技术等。本文介绍了功能性电刺激在治疗脑卒中上的应用。功能电刺激(FES)疗法将电流作用于可兴奋的组织,以补充或替代受损的部分神经功能。研究项目旨在运用功能性电刺激使上肢偏瘫患者能够实现食指外展、拇指外展、五指外展、手腕外展这四个动作,辅助患者进行一些精细化操作。实验中,四个被试分别找到对应上述四个手部动作的肌肉,在相应位置贴上电极片,接通电源,电源参数定为:频率50Hz,脉宽1ms,周期5s。电压大小不定,因为每个人承受电压的能力不同,这与个人体质、年龄等有关。四个被试都能成功做出这四个动作。实验证明功能性电刺激能够帮助上肢偏瘫患者实现一部分手部功能,可以应用于患者身上进行辅助治疗。
Stroke, an acute cerebral vascular disease, has become the leading cause of death which is also the leading reason for causing adult disability in China. Sequela of stroke resulting in motor dysfunction has affected the quality of patients\' daily life. There are some new rehabilitation therapies such as stem cell therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, brain-computer interface, virtual reality technology, etc. This paper describes the application of Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES)in the treatment of stroke. FES therapy applies current to excitable tissues to supplement or replace the damaged nerve functions. To assist patients to perform some refined operations, this research project aims to use FES to enable patients with upper extremity hemiplegia to achieve four movements: index finger abduction, thumb abduction, five-finger abduction, and wrist abduction. In the experiment, four subjects respectively found the muscles corresponding to the above four hand movements, and attached electrode pads to the corresponding positions. The voltage frequency, pulse width and period of the power supply output are 50Hz, 1ms, and 5s respectively. The level of voltage is indeterminate because everyone has different ability to withstand voltage, which is related to personal physique, age, etc. All four subjects can successfully perform these four hand movements. This experiment proves that FES can help patients with upper extremity hemiplegia to achieve part of the hand function, and can be applied to patients for adjuvant therapy.
