某房车外流场的CFD模拟分析
FD Simulation Analysis of External Flow Field for a Recreational Vehicle
用计算流体动力学方法对车辆周围的流场进行数值模拟在汽车设计中得到广泛应用。本文使用CFD软件对某房车进行外流场数值分析,获得其阻力系数、压力场分布和速度场分布,分析结果得到房车结构有3个区域是形成压差阻力的主要原因,其中房车尾部形成的两个涡流影响最大。最后根据模拟的流线对房车的结构优化提出建议。
he numerical simulation of car external airflow field using aerodynamics method has been widely used in the design of car style.In this paper ,numerical analysis of external flow field for a recreational vehicle is used by CFD software. Some informations we obtained are drag coefficients,pressure field distribution and velocity field distribution.From the analysis results, structure of recreational vehicle analysis has three areas which are the main cause for pressure drag. There are two vortices formed at the tail of recreational vehicle having the greatest influence.At least,according to these simulation charts some suggestions are put forward in order to structural improvement.
