关于当前开展建筑审美研究的几点设想

随着时代的发展人们对建筑审美的关注和讨论越来越多。针对当前时期广大民众的建筑审美需求，借鉴马斯洛需求层次理论分析建筑需求层次，提出建筑审美需求属于高层次建筑需求，并分析当前时期建筑审美需求的特点及问题，从而提出基于和谐的"多元o生态o共享"的评价标准、"Q+L"评估方法以及对当前实践工作的建议，并提出长远策略。
With the development of the times architectural aesthetic has attracted more and more attention.Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,this paper proposes that architectural aesthetic need is a high-level of architectural needs and analyzes the characteristics and problems of current architectural aesthetic needs.Then it designs an evaluation criteria which is "pluralism, Ecology,sharing" aiming for harmony and the corresponding assessment methods which is "Q+L"and also suggests for current practices and proposes long-term strategy.
