黄淮海夏玉米机械籽粒的可行性分析
Feasibility Analysis of Corn Grain Mechanically Harvesting in Huanghuaihai Plain
为研究黄淮海地区夏玉米机械籽粒直收的可行性,选用了18个夏玉米品种,在中国农业科学院新乡实验站进行了相关试验。研究发现,随着籽粒含水量的提高,机械收获籽粒的破碎率,杂质率,落粒率明显升高,在试验条件下,籽粒含水量低于26.96%时,破碎率、杂质率和田间损失率分别低于8%、3%和2%,能够满足籽粒直收的质量要求;玉米生育期的有效积温是影响籽粒含水量的关键因素,籽粒含水量随着生育期有效积温的增加而降低,新乡地区玉米生长季节的气候条件完全能够满足机械籽粒收获对含水量下降的要求。研究还发现不同品种的籽粒含水量变化情况各具特点,其中先玉335、中种8号的籽粒含水量下降速度快,是比较适合机械籽粒直收的品种类型。研究结果证实,通过选用适宜的品种和合理安排播种、收获时期,黄淮海小麦/玉米一年两作区实施玉米机械收获籽粒是可行的。
I Experiment was conducted in Xinxiang experimental station of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The feasibility of mechanical harvesting of maize grain was studied using 18 different types of maize varieties. The result showed that with the improvement of grain moisture content the grain broken rate, impurity rate and shattering rate increased significantly. Under the experimental conditions,when the water content of grain is lower than 26.96%, the broken rate, impurity rate and shattering rate rates were below 8%, 3% and 2%, respectively, and it can meet the requirements of quality grain direct harvest; The effective accumulated temperature during growing period of maize is the key factor affecting the water content of grain, grain moisture content decreased with the increasing of the growth period and the effective accumulated temperature. The effective accumulated temperature of the growing season of Maize in Xinxiang area can fully meet the requirement of mechanical grain harvest low moisture required. The study also found that different varieties had different grain moisture variation characteristics, Xianyu 335 and zhongzhong 8 grain water content decreased fast, is more suitable for mechanical grain direct harvest. The results confirmed that it is feasible for Huanghuaihai wheat / maize two harvest a year areas using mechanical harvesting of maize grain through the selection of cultivars and sowing and harvesting time appropriate.
