鹅细小病毒吉林株的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Goose Parvovirus Jilin Strain
从吉林某孵化场的发病雏鹅中采集疑似小鹅瘟的肝脏及小肠内容物病料一份，提取病毒的DNA，成功扩增出一条375bp大小的目的条带。胶回收目的基因后与pMD18T克隆载体连接，提取质粒后进行PCR鉴定，阳性克隆进行测序。结果表明，GPV VP3序列与Genebank中已发表的序列同源性在95.5-98.6之间。
Intestines and livers of suspected goose were collected from poultry farm in of Jilin province, the DNA was extracted by kits. a length of 375bp was amplified successfully.The fragments were amplified by PCR ,The PCR products were purified and cloned into pMD-18T. The recombinant plasmids were sequenced. The result of sequence analysis of VP3 gene showed that the isolated strain shared high identities with the domestic popular strains , with 95.5%～98.6% homology.
