预置矸石充填带置换窄煤柱无煤柱开采技术
Gob-side Entry Driving Technology of Preset Waste Packing Zone Substitute for Small Coal Pillar
为实现无煤柱开采,提出了预置矸石充填带置换区段煤柱无煤柱开采技术。在上区段运输巷掘进后,在靠近下区段轨道巷的煤壁侧沿运输巷预置充填带,待上工作回采结束围岩稳定后,下区段轨道巷掘进时,紧贴预置的充填带进行掘进,不再留设区段煤柱,用充填带把上下两个区段之间该留设的煤柱置换出来,从而实现无煤柱开采。针对高庄煤矿3上507工作面地质条件,建立了预置充填带沿空掘巷的围岩结构力学模型,对充填带的稳定性进行了非线性数值计算分析。根据充填带稳定性的要求,确定现场充填带强度等级为CL20,宽度为1600 mm,高度为4000 mm,预留约1100 mm厚顶煤,充填带与顶煤间留有100 mm间隙。工程实施效果验证了方案的合理性,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。
Non-pillar mining technology of preset waste packing zone substitute for coal pillar of district sublevel was brought forward for the goal of coal mining without coal pillar. After driving the upper district sublevel haulage roadway, the packing zone was preset on the side of under district sublevel track roadway. When under district sublevel track roadway to be droved after the end of the upper coalface mining and adjoining rock stabilized, track roadway was droved along the preset packing zone tightly, and district sublevel coal pillar was no longer reserved. The coal pillar of district sublevel was replaced by packing zone, and non-pillar mining technology was realized. According to the geological conditions of Gaozhuang Coalmine’s No. 3top507 coalface, the mechanical model of preset waste packing zone gob-side entry driving was established, and the nonlinear numerical calculation analysis was applied to analyze the stability of packing zone. According to the required stability of packing zone, the field packing zone strength grade was CL20, and the field dimension of waste packing zone was determined, its width was 1600mm, its height was 4000mm, and there was 1100mm thickness top coal on its top and 100mm gap between its top and top coal. Engineering implement result verified the project’s rationality, and better economic and social benefit was achieved.
