中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨的体内实验研究
Experiment of the Centricity Vascularized Coralline in Vivo
目的:研究中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨的血供及新生血管情况,探索人工骨血管化的可行性。方法:选取9只新西兰兔为实验对象,将两侧后腿随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组将股动脉埋植入预制珊瑚石人工骨中心隧道内后植入股骨处,以单纯珊瑚石人工骨同部位植入做对照。术后第2、4、8 周行组织学检查、X线检查及血管造影,观察珊瑚石人工骨中心性血管化后血管新生情况并予定性分析。结果:中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨有大量新生血管形成,8 周时充满全层。对照组仅少量血管自周围长入。结论:中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨的方法用于提高支架的血供及成骨是可行且有效的,其可成为珊瑚石人工骨的临床应用的新方式
In tObjective:To research the blood supply and vessel regeneration of the centricity vascularized coralline. Methods:Nine New Zealand Rabbits' were selected for the experiment. Each side of the hind legs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. On the experimental group, femoral artery was inserted into the central tunnel of the coralline. The vascularied coralline then implanted into the femur. The non-vascularized coralline as control was implanted into the other femur. The animals were euthanized at 2nd,4th and 8th week post -operation. The histology,X-ray and angiography of the implants were investigated. Results :The centricity vascularized coralline were filled with new -generate vessels at 8th week in the experimental group and only a few new-born vessels in control group. Conclusion: Centricity vascularized coralline as a method to improve the blood supply and osteogenesis is feasible and effective, it can become the new way for the clinical application of coralline.
