生物油的分离与乳化研究

Separation and Emulsification Research of Bio-oil

为了提高生物油品质,使其能够作为内燃机燃料使用,本文以辛醇为乳化剂,成功的制备了一系列生物油与柴油的乳化液。综合研究了乳化油的水分含量,酸度,运动粘度,燃烧热以及稳定性等参数。实验结果表明所得乳化油酸度低、含水率低、性质稳定,燃烧性能优良,有望替代柴油使用。与此同时,乳化试验实现了对生物油轻质组分与重质组分的有效分离:绝大部分轻质组分进入乳化液相,而大部分酸性组分及重质组分如木质素低聚物等则保留在水相。该实验操作简单,方便快捷,可以实现大规模应用,是生物油精制应用的一条新路径。

o upgrading bio-oil for its application in internal-combustion engine, this paper have investigate a series of emulsions about bio-oil with 0# diesel oil, and the surfactant used in this work is 1-octanol. During the research, the parameters of water content, acid number, viscosity, heating value and stability of emulsions have been studied. The results shown that the emulsion oil may instead diesel oil with lower acid number and water content, good combustion property and excellence stability. Otherwise, emulsification process could separate bio-oil effectually: most light fractions of bio-oil enter into emulsion phase, most organic acids and heavy fractions of bio-oil preserving in water phase. It is a novel way for bio-oil upgrading and application with convenient operation.
