基于蒙特卡洛模拟的PHEV充电策略研究

为了控制大量PHEV的自主充电给配电网带来的影响,基于蒙特卡洛模拟,分析了PHEV自主充电的负荷情况,结果表明大量PHEV自主充电会拉大负荷的峰谷差,造成配电网电压越限情况严重。提出一种考虑电池容量的延时充电策略,该策略将充电负荷峰谷差和电池容量大小、延时时长以及截断时间建立了关系。以配电网IEEE 33节点系统为例进行计算,结果表明所提策略能够在满足用户充电需求的前提下,削减负荷峰谷差,改善电压水平。
o control the great impact that a large number of PHEVs' freedom charging bring to the distribution network. Based on Monte Carlo simulation, calculated the PHEVs' freedom charging load, the results show that a large number of PHEVs' freedom charging will largen the difference between the peak and valley load, and cause the distribution network voltage to get across the limit. A delay charging strategy considering the battery capacity was proposed, this strategy consider the relation of the peak load and the PHEV's battery capacity, the delaying time and the truncation time. As an example, calculated the IEEE 33 nodes system, the results show the proposed strategy can meet the charging requirements, reduce the difference between the peak and valley load, and improve the voltage level.
