风电场风向分布的季节特性

风电场输出功率预测对风电场的运营有着极为重要的意义，对功率的有效和精确预测，能够减小风力发电对整体电力系统的不利影响。风向是影响风电场功率预测的重要因素之一，本文利用风玫瑰图，研究了风向在不同时段的特性,目的是为了用多模型等方法进行风电场输出功率的预测提供先验知识，提高建模预测精度。
Wind power forecast is very important to the operation of wind power plants. Effective and accurate forecast can reduce adverse effects on the entire power systems. Wind direction is one of the key factors that influence the wind power forecast of the wind plants. In this paper we use wind rose to analyze the characters of wind direction in different periods. The aim is to offer prior knowledge to the wind power forecast with multi-model modeling or other methods, so that the accuracy of predicted value can be improved.
