he Transformation of The Anode Assembly System
根据某铝业公司安全生产信息化整体设计方案,确定实施安全生产信息化在电解铝厂的应用研究项目,作为该公司安全生产信息化系统的起点。将生产过程控制、调度与管理信息综合,形成基于综合信息的生产过程优化系统,以调度为核心协调各部门的生产和管理,最终构成全公司整体资源优化系统,以运行高效率、生产成本低、产品质量好为目标,对生产过程的操作、控制和管理进行优化。 本文主要做的是对阳极组装车间信息化设计方案,要对系统的原有结构进行改造,实现上位机与下位机的通信。首先介绍了阳极车间原来系统,根据要求要把底层信息读取到上位机,系统考虑新增一台PLC(Controllogix),然后详细介绍了AB-PLC,如slc-500和logix5000以及系统改造所设计的DH+网络,ContronetEthernet等,重点阐述了InTouch与AB-PLC之间是如何通过OPC协议通信实现。经过调试,达到了令人满意的效果。
In terms of the overall design scheme about production-safety informatization of one aluminum company, it determines to implement the research project, which the safety information be applied in an electrolytic aluminum company. This research project regarded as the starting point of the company's production-safety informatization system. The project combines the control of production process, scheduling and management information together to form the integrated information-based optimization system of manufacturing process, to coordinate the production and management of all departments, with scheduling treated as the core, ultimately to constitute the overall resource optimization systems across the company, to run the high efficiency, low production costs good quality of product as the target, the operation of the production process, control and management optimization with the goal of high efficiency running, low-cost production and good quality of product. The project optimizes the operation, control and management during the production process. This paper mainly focuses on the design scheme about the anode assembly shop informationization, the transformation of original structure system, realization of communications between the host computer and the next crew. Firstly, this paper introduces the anode workshop, the original system. According to the requirements, the underlying information should be read into the host computer and the system considers adding a PLC (Controllogix).The paper then introduces the AB-PLC in detail, such as slc-500 and logix5000 and the DH + network, ContronetEthernet etc. due to system modification. The paper emphatically expounds how does the communication between InTouch and AB-PLC by the way of OPC agreement realize. After debugging, it achieved satisfactory results.
