红小豆花前不同叶龄光周期诱导后效应的初步研究

目的]本文研究了花前不同叶龄光周期诱导对红小豆后期生长发育及产量的影响,探讨如何利用光周期后效应调控作物生长发育。[方法]设置自然光(CK)、12小时两种光周期处理,处理0LF~4LF(叶龄)共5个叶龄,以CK处理和0LF~4LF全部生长在12小时光照下的处理(SD)作为两个对照。真叶破土即开始观测不同处理的生育进程,收获时对小区测产,运用Excel进行数据分析。[结果]光周期诱导可抑制株高、茎粗、主茎节数,促进形成分枝,并叶龄越小作用越明显;光周期明显影响干物质的积累,各处理比照CK在各部分干物质积累都不同程度的减少,并较小叶龄减少明显,其中全株重和籽粒重两种指标差异最显著;光周期对产量有影响,各叶龄作用规律不明显;光周期诱导对生育进程影响深刻,诱导叶龄越小,总生育期越短。[结论]光周期可抑制红小豆营养生长,诱导叶龄越小作用越明显,并各叶龄作用似有累积效应,这种效应直接影响产量形成,但各叶龄对产量构成作用规律还需进一步研究。

Objective]This article studied the effects of the Photoperiod inducement after-effect at different Leaf ages before flowering in Adzuki Bean, and discuss how to control the development of the crop using the photoperiod after-effect. [Method]Establishing two different photoperiod treatment that is natural light(CK) and 12hour. Until the first couple leaves breaks ground, the treating starts, to observer the growth progress of different treatments, At harvest the yield of each section was measure, and analyzed by Excel. A. [Result]the photoperiod inducement can restrain the height, stem diameter, nodes number, and can forming branching number, and, The photoperiod inducement can effecting the dry matter of accumulation, all the plant are reduce than CK treatment, and younger the leaf ages are, the more distinctness effects are. There into the effects of weight of whole plant and seed is the most obvious. The photoperiod inducement can influence the yield, but the influence between each leaf age is not obvious. The effect of the developing induced by photoperiod is profundity, and younger the leaf ages are, the more distinctness effects are. [Conclusion]the photoperiod inducement can restrain nutrition growing and younger the leaf ages are, the more distinctness effects are, and each leaf age appears accumulation effect, and the effect influence the yield directly, but the disciplinarian at each leaf age needs study next step.
