酯交换反应是目前制备生物柴油的主要方法。本文详细介绍了酯交换法中酸碱催化法、酶催化法和超临界法等制备生物柴油方法的研究进展;分析了各种制备方法的应用前景。

ransesterification is the main process for producing biodiesel. Research advances on transesterification process including acid or alkali catalyst method, enzyme catalyst method and supercritical method to product biodiese were reviewed. And application foreground of the 3 methods were assayed.
