B7分子是重要的协同刺激信号,缺乏其有效表达将导致免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的逃避免疫监控。本文就B7分子特征、在肿瘤中的表达、调控及相应治疗策略的研究进展加以综述。
t present , a lot of studies had been testified that the costimulation signal of B7 , that is the second signal , makes an important role in the T cell activity of immune response. The structure of molecule , ligand , signal transmition and modulation in immune response of B7 are summarized.
