三种杀菌剂对马铃薯块茎腐烂细菌的室内毒力测定
Indoor Inhibition Of Three Bactericides To Bacterial Isolates From Rot Potato Tubers
从马铃薯腐烂块茎上分离得到8种细菌菌株，用不同浓度的爱诺琏宝、菌必克，克菌宝三种杀菌剂对分离到的菌株进行室内抑制试验。在带菌平板上滴加不同浓度的药剂，采用十字交叉法测量抑菌圈直径。结果表明，三种杀菌剂中，只有爱诺琏宝出现抑菌圈，且随浓度的增大，抑菌圈直径也随着增大，但各菌株的增大程度不同。
he 8 bacterial isolates were obtained from rot potato tubers. Indoor inhibition of Ainuolianbao Junbike Kejunbao to these isolates were tested,the batericides solution were pippeted on the surface of media mixed with bacteria solution,the diameter of inhibition spot were measured by cross transposition .the result was that only Ainuolianbao showed inhibition to the isolates and with the solution densier ,inhibition effect better ,the other bactericides showed no inhibition to the 8 isolates.
