his paper first gives the definition of the workflow system management according to the standard document in WFMC website, then introduces its architecture and the detailed implementation including how to create the workflow model, and also illuminates the status transition of the workflow instance and the users mangament module.Finally,it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of this simple workflow system management.
