社会化平台有效使用量表构建及实证研究——以求职领域为例

Purpose/significance] As social platforms become increasingly prominent in people's everyday lives,how to give full play to the role and value of these social platforms and improve the effectiveness of platform use has become an important issue to be solved in various application fields.And the need for focused research related to the usage effectiveness of social platform has become particularly important.From the perspective of users' behavior, it is a beneficial exploration to explore the construction of evaluation index for effective use of social platforms.[Method/process] Based on the prior research of IS effective use,this paper developed a measurement scale on effective use of social platform under the specific situation of job hunting by a mixed method research with the literature research,user interview,expert interview and Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA),and verified the applicability and practicability of the scale through structural equation model analysis of the survey data.[Result/conclusion] The developed scale has good reliability and validity in evaluating the effective use of social platforms in the job hunting filed,and then providing practical suggestions for the improvement of the platform. On the other hand, this study also provides ideas for the research of IS effective use in other task contexts. The constructed measurement scale for effective use can also be applied to other systems through appropriate modifications.
