中国主要河流生活排污沉积物与河口沉积物中多溴联苯醚分布特征及转化研究
he study of PBDEs distribution characteristics and transformation in living sewage sludge and estuarial sediment from main river area of China
多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)是一种添加型溴代阻燃剂,在全世界范围内广泛使用。因其具有高亲脂性、生物累积性和高毒性且难于降解,越来越受到人们广泛关注。本文在全国范围内,选取珠江、闽江、淮河以及松花江四大主要河流为研究区,采集主要生活排污口以及河口附近沉积物样品,对其中的PBDE含量水平和在环境中的迁移转化进行研究。研究结果表明,多种PBDE同系物包括在生活排污沉积物以及河口沉积物样品中均有不同程度检出。河口地区沉积物样品中,∑PBDEs 和BDE-209含量分别为0.35-14.27,和0.28-37.4ng/g,且其含量递变规律为:珠江>闽江>淮河>松花江。而各河流生活排污沉积物中∑PBDEs和BDE-209含量普遍远高于河口地区沉积物,含量变化范围为16.64-160.22和37.08-867.53ng/g。其中最高值均出现在淮河样品中。此外,由于PBDEs在迁移转化的过程中会发生降解,且沉积物处于水生环境中,因此对可能影响PBDEs降解因素的pH值进行了分析。同时,PBDEs降解过程中的一些组分特征和特殊比值的变化也进行了讨论。
Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) is a series of persistent brominated compounds which have been worldwide used as flame retardant embedded in textiles, plastics, electronic products, and other materials. Nowadays more and more attention is paid to its pollution to the environment since their high lipophicity, bioaccumulation and toxicity. In this study, living sewage sludge and estuarine sediment samples were collected from Pearl River, Min River, Huai River and Song Hua River of China. The results shows that the concentration of ∑PBDEs and BDE-209 in estuarial sediment are 0.35-14.27 and 0.28-37.4ng/g, and the levels are changed in the order of Pearl River > Min River > Huai River > Song Hua River. However the contents of ∑PBDEs and BDE-209 are 16.64-160.22 and 37.08-867.53ng/g respectively which are almost higher than estuarial samples. The highest values of both ∑PBDEs and BDE-209 appear in Huai River. After PBDEs releasing to environmental, they would be partly or totally degraded. As the sediment is in an aquatic environment, pH is chose as a influencing factor to be studied. Furthermore, the characteristics of some congeners and special value are also be researched.
