本文给出了构建半实物仿真系统的的基本流程,以美国国家仪器公司(NI)的PCI-6733板卡为例首先给出了VxWorks操作系统下板卡驱动设计的基本流程,在完成板卡驱动设计和调试后,利用S-函数技术,完成了Simulink驱动模块的开发;最后,针对硬件平台,配置代码生成编译文件,自动生成面向硬件平台的基于实时操作系统VxWroks 的可执行代码,成功实现了在目标机上的正确运行。基于此种方法实现的仿真系统具有模块化结构,配置灵活,便于扩充和升级的特点。

his paper gives the fundamental process of building a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system ,taken the National Instruments Company(NI)PCI-6733 board for example,first,given the board driver design process under VxWorks,after completing the board driver design and debugging, using S-function technology, completed the Simulink driver module development. Finally, for the hardware platform, configurated the code generation compiled files, models are automatically transformed into executable code running on real time operation system VxWorks based on hardware platform. Successfully achieved the correct operation on the target machine. Based on this method implements the simulation system has a modular structure, flexible configuration, easy expansion and upgrades features.
