本文在分析110kV城网的电气和结构特点的基础上,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的110kV城网系统开环点的优化方法。将提高系统最低电压和降低网络损耗作为开环点优化的目标,用GA禁忌规则简化网络,缩短GA编码,采用最优选择、移位和变异的遗传子操作,并在移位和变异操作中引入自适应遗传算子。算例分析表明本文所述的方法是可行的。

Based on analyzing electrical and structural characteristics of 110kV city network, an optimization method for open-loop location selection is presented based on improved genetic algorithm. Increasing the lowest voltage and decreasing network loss are both the optimization goals. Then GA tabu rules are applied to simplify the network and reduce GA code, and optimum selection, gene shift and mutation are used as sub-operations. Moreover,adaptive genetic operators are introduced into gene shift and mutation. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible.
