技术创新的影响因素分析

echnological innovation is increasingly becoming the main driving force for the survival and development of enterprises, the analysis and management of Influencing Factors of the Technology Innovation also becomes the important way to improve the technology innovation performance. Many scholars at home and abroad summarized the Technology Innovation factors as internal factors and external factors, However ,the author think the innovation project itself is also an important factor for technology innovation performance. In this paper, the technical innovation factors are divided into: the project factor, the resource factor, the strategic factors, and the environmental factors. Besides, the paper analyzes the relationship between the technology innovation factors and the technology innovation performance.
