基于三维荧光光谱的清香型原酒品质鉴别模型
Research on Quality Identification Model of the light aroma and flavor types of based liquor Based on Three-dimensional Fluorescence Spectroscopy
以经感官口评评级后的清香型各等级原酒为样品,测定其三维荧光光谱分析荧光特性。结果表明原酒的荧光光谱中都在于290nm/310nm(激发波长/发射波长,Ex/Em,下同)和335/340nm出现两处荧光峰,但不同酒样之间两个荧光峰的荧光强度不同。以390个样本原始光谱数据作为训练集进行支持向量机建模,分类效果较差。采用平行因子分析酒样光谱之间差异性,提取激发波长290nm、310nm、340nm和360nm处的发射光谱作为新的特征量。经主成分分析、线性判别分析降维后,采用支持向量机对大茬和二茬混茬进行混合建模,并采用五折交叉验证法验证,建模精度为86.9%。再选取78个未参与建模的酒样进行外部测试,测试准确率为85.9%,鉴别效果较好,可为原酒品质鉴别提供一种快速辅助人工口评的鉴定方法。
aking the light aroma and flavor types of based liquor of various grades after sensory oral evaluation as samples, the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra were measured for analysis. The results show that the fluorescence spectrum of the original wine is in 290nm/310nm (excitation wavelength/emission wavelength, Ex/Em, the same below) and 335/340nm, there are two fluorescence peaks, but the fluorescence intensity of the two fluorescence peaks is different between different wine samples . The original spectral data of 390 samples is used as the training set for support vector machine modeling, and the classification effect is poor. Parallel factors were used to analyze the differences between the spectra of the wine samples, and the emission spectra at excitation wavelengths of 290 nm, 310 nm, 340 nm and 360 nm were extracted as new characteristic quantities. After dimensionality reduction by principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis, a support vector machine was used to model thefirstbased liquor and the second basedliquor , and the five-fold cross-validation method was used to verify that the modeling accuracy was 86.9%. Then 78 wine samples that were not involved in the modeling were selected for external testing. The accuracy of the test was 85.9%, and the identification effect was good. It can provide a rapid auxiliary manual oral evaluation method for the quality identification of based liquor.
