橡胶钢丝粘合性能动态测试主加载机构的动力学仿真

在模拟橡胶钢丝粘合性能动态测试中,为了比较准确的模拟轮胎滚动过程中橡胶钢丝受载变形过程,实现对被测试样的加载,需要对运动过程中的凸轮推杆机构进行动力学分析,及时发现设计过程中的缺陷,从而对系统进行优化,使加载机构趋于稳定、准确。本文以凸轮推杆机构为三维实体模型,利用机械系统仿真软件ADAMS对其进行动力学仿真,对比有无摩擦力的情况下凸轮推杆机构的受力情况,得到该机构的一些结论,为后续该机构的研究与设计提供一些理论依据和参考价值。?????
In the simulation of dynamic testing of rubber and steel adhesive properties, in order to more accurately simulated rubber wire deformation under load in the process of tire rolling , to achieve load on the sample being tested, the dynamic analysis for the cam follower mechanism in the process of movement should be needed. The defects could be detected timely in the design process, and optimize the system.So that the loading mechanism tends to be stable and accurate. In this paper, cam follower mechanism for the three-dimensional solid model, using the mechanical system simulation software ADAMS to simulate, comparing to the forces of friction under the circumstances whether the cam follower mechanism be applied to obtain some conclusions of the agency.It could provide some theoretical basis and reference value for subsequent Research and Design of the institution.?
