光照强度和种子大小对豆科植物萌发及建植的影响
Effects of light and seed size on seedling emergence rate and establishment rate of 16 Leguminous common species from the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau
本研究以青藏高原东缘16种豆科(Leguminosae)植物的种子为研究对象,探索光照强度和种子大小与豆科植物萌发、存活及最终建植之间的关系。本实验这些结果将会给我国牧区草原的保护以及某些地区草原退化的恢复提供一定的参考材料。在四种不同光照梯度下(100%NS、67%NS、35%NS、4%NS)对种子的萌发率、存活率、建植率进行统计。研究发现:整体上,本实验中豆科植物种子的萌发率较低(平均值小于20%),存活率较高(大于70%),建植率也较低(小于15%)。光照对本实验豆科植物种子的萌发影响呈现出促进、抑制、无显著影响3种情况:其中,甘肃棘豆(Oxytropis kansuensis)、斜茎黄耆(Astragalus adsurgens)等6种植物,光照对它们的萌发有促进作用;而光照对救荒野豌豆(Vicia sativa linn)的萌发有抑制作用;歪头菜(Vicia unijuga)、草木犀(Melilotus officinalis)等9种豆科植物,光照对其萌发没有显著性影响。在整体上,豆科植物的平均萌发率100NS%与其它3种光照条件相比有显著增加;与其它光照条件相比极低光照条件下(4%NS)豆科植物平均存活率表现出显著下降,而平均建植率随光照强度的增加显著增加。本实验中,种子大小与出苗率以及建植率的线性关系有着光照依赖性,只有在极低光照下(4%),种子大小才会成为影响本实验中豆科种子萌发的和建植的限制因子,而种子大小不是决定存活率的关键因素。
In this study,we used 16 common species of leguminous seeds from the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau as the research object to statistics seedling emergence rate, survival rate and establishment rate under four different illumination gradient.The result of this experiment showed that, on the whole, the seed germination rate and planting rate are lower, but the survival rate is higher. The effects of light on the germination of legume can be divided into the promotion, inhibition and no significant three categories. Light intensity promote their germination such as Oxytropis kansuensis, Astragalus adsurgens. Light intensity inhibit the germination of Vicia sativa . But Vicia unijuga, Melilotus officinalis, light intensity have't significant effect. On the whole, compared to ther illumination conditions, Leguminous species survivall showed a significant decline in the minimum illumination. But the planting rate increased significantly with increasing intensity. In this experiment the linear relationship between seed size and seedling emergence rate, survival rate and establishment rate has light-dependent. Olny in the minimum illumination, the seed size will become the limiting factor of seedling emergence and establishment.
