H3BO3水解法制备TiO2介观晶体过程中温度对产物性质的影响

本文详细研究了以NH4TiOF3为拓扑转化反应前驱体,H3BO3水解法制备TiO2介观晶体的过程中,反应温度对最终产物结构和性质的影响。用XRD粉末衍射鉴定了产物的组成;BET法测定了产物的比表面积;SEM和TEM对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征;通过亚甲基蓝的脱色反应评价了产物的光催化活性。结果表明:NH4TiOF3在H3BO3存在条件下的水解反应可用于制备TiO2介观晶体;通过控制水解温度,可以调节最终产物的结晶度,比表面积,形貌以及光催化活性;高温条件下的水热反应有助于提高最终产物的结晶度,使其与高温煅烧的结果相近,但无法使{001}晶面暴露在最终产物的表面,从而制约了光催化活性的进一步提升。
In this paper, the topotactic transformation reaction of NH4TiOF3 in H3BO3 solution was investigated and used to prepare anatase TiO2 mesocrystals. The impact of the reaction temperature on the structures and properties of the final products were detailedly investigated. XRD technology was used to identify the compositons. BET method was used to obtain the specific surface areas. SEM and TEM were used to analyze the structures and morphologies. Decolorization of methylene blue was used to assess the photocatalytic abilities. The results indicate that: the topotactic transformation reaction of NH4TiOF3 in H3BO3 solution can be used to prepare TiO2 mesocrystals; the reaction tempare can change the crystallization degrees, specific surface areas, morphologies and photocatalytic abilities of the final products. Hydrothermal reaction can increase the crystallization degrees of the final products and make them close to those of the sintered samples. However it can not increase the percentage of the exposed {001} facets on the surface of the final products, and therefore limit the further increasement of photocatalytic abilities.
